TOK has a vast experience of working in the public space in St Petersburg and engaging various communities into the creative processes. Over the four years that Critical Mass project has been developing, TOK curators have organized two exhibitions of public art and held various educational and parallel events focused on socially engaged art, social practices in public spaces, research-based artistic and curatorial practices. During their lecture at the  Gromov's Dacha in the Lopukhinsky Garden, th venues for the exhibition Critical Mass-2015 Anna Bitkina and Maria Veits will speak about  Russian and international art projects within which artists and citizens create common art projects in the city space. As an example, TOK will tspeak about the Critical Mass project and how it will be integrated into the process of the Gromov's Dacha's revitalization.

Educational and art events of the "Critical mass" this summer will help to intensify process of revival of the mansion and its transformation into the contemporary cultural centeras well as contribute to its integration into the  sociocultural landscape of St Petersburg.
